Hi! I'm Alexia, a nutrition coach who’s passionate about helping people feel good in their own bodies without obsessing over every bite. I don’t believe in strict diets or unrealistic rules, just simple, doable changes that make sense for your lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of people, and the one thing they always tell me is how overwhelmed they feel by all the conflicting advice out there. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, get back to what really matters, and build a healthy relationship with food that actually lasts.
